Resiliency, Growth, and Support
Sometimes life throws us curveballs. It can be difficult to get back on track, and to process the transition. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from a safe, supportive, empathetic space and companion. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey. I utilize a strengths based perspective and take an eclectic approach in helping you and your family overcome any obstacles that may arise. Creativity and humor are welcome visitors to my practice.
People seek me out for support in their work around transitions, relationship concerns, low self-confidence, anxiety, trauma, social skills, support around issues that may arise or intensify during college, self-expression, family separations and reunifications, fear, parenting skills, behavior modifications, ADHD, dissatisfaction with relationships, help breaking patterns, substance use issues and concerns, and many other circumstances. I have special training in perinatal mental health. My practice is neurodiverse and LGBTQ* affirming. Though I have experience providing therapy in a variety of settings, from people’s homes to treatment centers and outpatient offices, I am currently offering telehealth services only.
I have a certificate in clinical supervision and am happy to offer supervision for provisionally licensed clinical social workers. I also enjoy offering case consultation for other mental health professionals.
